I love the different caffeinated drinks from lavender to pumpkin spice they are all so good. The flights of coffee are so good too. The pastries are delicious and the selection is top notch. This place is a great coffee place to try.

The cafe has a warm and spacious decor. Server: server. The sandwiches and Turkish bacon have a distinctive flavor. Don't forget to have cookies and cake for dessert when you visit. Suitable for solo diners or groups of 2-4 people. Warm and inviting.

Formally I left a glowing review, but after getting my last order, I was disappointed. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. The sandwich was piled with rubbery bacon, and I can only assume it was to make up for the lack of egg. It was as thin as a drink coaster, and barely noticeable with any bite. The bread was wonderful however. Soft and buttery.

We stopped here after crowders. The cashier was so kind! She made us feel comfortable. We had the panini and my person had a turkey sub with potato salad. The potato salad was good. The turkey was different to me. I ate my food though. The bread didnt have a enough bite for him. The frappes were great. Look down under the register for the full frappe menu. We missed out bad lol. I wish that was up higher. The lemonade was ok.

What a great spot! I love places with this that mix a great space with a variety of drinks and food. I had an iced London Fog latte which was pretty good (a little artificial vanilla flavor I think) and an AMAZING egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I'm still dreaming about the sandwich 🤣

Stopped here for coffee and breakfast with our car group yesterday and was highly impressed with the atmosphere, speed of service, coffee quality, and breakfast selection. The rest of the group seemed to concur, we will definitely be back! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone in the greater Charlotte area, we came from Indian Trail and it was well worth the drive! If I had to highlight one area that didn't live up to the rest of the 5-star experience; while the staff was generally pleasant during ordering and receiving our drinks/food it seemed like the customer experience was cut off after that. Fortunately, we didn't need any additional service afterwards (not a single employee could be found).

Sandwiches were excellent! We had the turkey bacon panini and the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was amazing! The desserts also didn’t disappoint, they were out of brownies but the cookies and cream ice cream was on point as well as the cookies and cream frappe!

Lovely country cafe with good food, excellent coffee, friendly staff, and Christian music in the background. I had the Spinach and Feta quiche and cranberry orange muffin, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The Christian music in the background was a balm to my soul. A great start to my day!

First visit to Big Red’s Cafe and it did NOT disappoint! 🍔🔥 We tried the Kickin’ Chicken with pasta salad and The Big Red with potato salad — and wow… every bite was delicious! 🤤 The service was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Safe to say we’ll definitely be back because there are SO many more things on the menu we can’t wait to try! ❤️🍽️

Big Red’s Cafe has quickly become one of our favorite spots! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — exactly the kind of fun, family-friendly environment you want when you’re grabbing a meal with the kids. The food was amazing across the board. Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and clearly made with care. And the coffee? Genuinely some of the best in the area — smooth, well-balanced, and a great way to start the visit. Service was a real highlight too. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from start to finish — the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. It’s rare to find a place that nails food, coffee, service, AND value all at once. We’ll definitely be back, and we’d recommend Big Red’s Cafe to anyone looking for a great breakfast or lunch spot in Kings Mountain. A true neighborhood gem!
